For over 25 years we have provided personalized, professional legal billing services to attorneys and small to medium law firms. While we began serving the Houston area, the Internet has enabled us to expand our service area to virtually anywhere. We are dedicated to providing a dependable, supportive billing service to all of our Clients.
Our service eliminates the need for a dedicated billing employee in your office and the need to purchase and update specialized billing software. As employees come and go, you will never have to train another employee to maintain the billing and possibly experience inconsistencies and/or delays in your billing. You will free up your employees to focus on generating billable hours. Think of it as a partnership. We don't make money if you aren't making money and we don't see our revenue grow unless your revenue grows, so we are absolutely dedicated to your success because ours depends on it.
There are many ways to bill, including hourly, flat fee, contingency, electronic, etc. We can track trust deposits and disbursements. We use Timeslips software which provides many options for billing and reporting. We can also personalize your invoice to meet your requirements.
Our pricing varies by firm size, timekeepers, practice area and volume of raw data so it is very difficult to give accurate standardized pricing. Based on our experience, the cost of the service usually falls in the range of 1 to 2 billable hours a month for a lead attorney.
